typical response time is within 48 hours. urgent safety reports are reviewed as quickly as possible.

what to include

include the phone number on your account (in E.164 format), your device model, and the app version if you can find it.

for bug reports, include the exact steps you took and what you expected to happen.

account deletion

you can delete your account in-app from settings -> account -> delete account.

if you lost device access, email jacobhirine@gmail.com and request deletion by phone number. account data enters a 30-day grace window before purge, as described on /privacy.

abuse and safety

to report abusive content, use the in-app report flow first (message long-press -> report).

if in-app reporting is unavailable, email jacobhirine@gmail.com with enough detail to locate the event or message.
