what this is
planet is a personal-network app for sharing what you're doing with a small group of friends and family. it is operated by one person as a hobby project — not a company, not a paid service, and not a public platform anyone can sign up for.
access is by invitation only. every account exists because an existing user added your phone number to their friend list.
what you agree to
use the app to share things with friends, not to harm them. do not post content that is hateful, threatening, sexually exploitative, or illegal where you or the recipient lives.
respect other users' privacy. events, docs, chats, and friend lists you can see inside the app are not yours to redistribute outside the app without the host's consent.
one account per person. do not create multiple accounts for the same human, and do not let someone else use your account.
do not attempt to break the app: no scraping, no automated requests, and no probing for security vulnerabilities outside of a private disclosure to the operator at the address below.
what we agree to
we do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or pass it to data brokers. the full data-handling list lives on /privacy.
we will tell you before making a material change to these terms or to the privacy practices on /privacy. "material" means a change to what data we collect, who can see it, or what the app is for — not a typo fix.
we will respond to take-down and account-deletion requests by hand. there is no support team — just the operator at the address below.
what happens if you break the rules
we can block your account, remove specific content, or delete your account entirely, at any time, with or without prior notice. for clear violations of the "what you agree to" section above we will usually act first and explain afterwards if asked.
we may also report illegal content to the relevant authorities when required by law.
this is a small personal network. the bar for action is closer to "would this person be welcome at a friend's dinner table?" than "have they crossed a legal threshold?".
reaching us
questions about these terms, content take-down requests, or "please delete my account":
email privacy@weregoing.app and the operator will handle it by hand.
for the full data-handling list — what we collect, how we use it, how long we keep it — see /privacy.
